Anybody who’s been interested in Internet marketing for any length of time is familiar with Marketing Sherpa. Their best practices guides and case studies are renowned for cutting-edge ideas, particularly in B2B marketing.
Today, Marketing Sherpa published a case study on one of my clients, Misys Healthcare Systems. The case study is called “5 Best Practices to Create a High-impact Sales Lead Generation Web Site” and it details the strategy behind the project in which we created an entirely new web site, from scratch, in 60 days — including a lead generating white paper, interactive ROI calculator, personal sales rep lookup, and optimized landing pages. It also talks about the idea I wrote about — “embedded marketers” — using the LivePerson software to monitor web site visitors in real time.
