Google Playboy Interview Causes a Stir

This month Playboy reveals . . . Google founders and billionaires-to-be, Sergey Brin and Larry Page. The problem? The interview is out this month during the SEC’s strictly enforced “quiet period” and could raise concerns with the SEC. If the SEC finds that Google violated quiet period restrictions there could be fines or a delay in the IPO.

Apparently, Brin and Page gave an interview to Playboy magazine in April, the week before filing their IPO. CNET thinks this could be a problem. Others see it as a minor slip. Wired enjoys the irony of two big boobs in Playboy.
