The interns we had for the summer have been great. One of them has already been hired full-time as a designer at Kate Aspen, our wedding favor design company.

I say that’s great - hire them while they don’t know that they don’t know everything. We just brought on a High School Senior. She goes to school in the morning and helps with managing the drop ship orders, some pick and pack for the fulfillment and pretty soon she’ll start managing our reciprocal manager.
And all a very reasonable minimum wage - plus a ’snack bar’ stocked with her favorites.
She really wants to start her on blog, too. I think you’ve inspired her
