Dan I have done some studying myself, and I think that they are referring to actual sites that they are able to get up quickly an then they keep nurturing them over time. I think that the idea is to get the sites up and then nurture them like fine wine until they produce... and the ones that don't produce you can let them fall by the way side... in theory this would work because you are not spending to much time on just one site... your efforst should be spread evenly over multiple sites with a long term strategy plan in place Teething information, and Teething solutions for your baby
