Video iPod works great for audio
Just got a video ipod, and the first thing I downloaded was, ironically, not a video. It was Joe Vitale’s lecture last Sunday on “Attracting Wealth” with some of the principles from his best-selling book, The Attractor Factor.
He mentioned it on his blog post today
One of his points seems to mesh with my own experiences and others I talk to who are actively involved with internet marketing, technology, or building online businesses.
Money likes speed.
Sometimes, to keep ahead of the competition and get ahead, you just have to move…FAST.
One of my favorite quotes is from Mario Andretti:
“If things are totally under control, you’re not moving fast enough.”
Just keep moving forward. As the direct marketers say: Fail early and fail often.
But get the lead out.
And by the way, does anyone know where to get some videos for a non-Apple “ipod”?
I’ll tell you one thing, I wish I had the video of the stage hynotist show from Armand Morin’s Big Seminar in Atlanta this weekend. It was hysterical. When people say, “That’s fake,” believe me, they wouldn’t fake that. Tracy Childers shaking his booty with the rest of the group…it was hilarious.
If you didn’t make it to Armand’s event (you missed a lot) Stu McLaren is doing a teleseminar with his notes from the entire event. You may want to check it out (it’s free).
I had a chance to talk to the hypnotist, Dr. Scott Lewis, he’s getting into internet marketing himself and is a very cool guy. He does a show on Monday nights at the Riviera in Las Vegas.
I’ll be speaking at Carl Galletti’s *7th* Internet Marketing 4 Day SuperConference in Las Vegas, June 1-4, and I’m thinking of staying over and doing a private seminar that Monday to do some small group internet business coaching and then we can all go to his show Monday night. More on that later.

Yeah, those video iPods have enough hard drive space on me to DJ with (being a sacramento wedding dj), not like I’d ever try to actually dj a wedding with an iPod…they are lots of fun to play with though.
Brad – why would you go off and buy a non-apple ‘iPod’?
Thanks Brad.
I missed Big Seminar but will look forward to listening in on Stu’s Teleseminar.

Hey Brad: I got a video Ipod a couple months ago and put all the Atlanta videos on it. Works great, even when just listening while driving. The Cucusoft software works great for converting it to the Ipod format. Ron Assisitive Living Mobility
Listened to the audio of him discussing how to attract wealth. Very interesting. Have to check out the book. Thanks for the link.

” Money likes speed ” ? Wow, it’s really true ! I need to move more fast . Thanks !
I could use some speedy money too!
Dr. Lewis seems like an interesting guy…I’d like to check out his show sometime.

Never had an ipod. Who has the time. Sounds interesting though
I got my girlfriend an iPod for her birthday, and it’s almost like I got her a new boyfriend.
I have an iriver and it works pretty good. I know someone who has the 30 gb ipod video player and they are happy with it.

Hey Brad,
Moving fast does help beat the competition, but with the myriad of things on an Internet Marketers to do list, how do you prioritize? I like to chill on a really comfortable classroom carpet and study. It takes me back to my college days seeing all the numbers and reminds me how much money can be made as a direct marketer.
HI Brad,
Now all you have to do is get My Wedding Favors TV on the video IPod and you’ll be set. Just carry it with you and whenever your standing in line somewhere, whip out the ipod and show the Wedding Favors TV to the people around you. Have fun with it… It’s addictive

Ipods are very fun. I wish the ITunes software works better on Windows though. Nevertheless, great product.

One of the best quotes regarding business I’ve heard is “Ready…Fire…Aim.” If you wait until everything is perfect, you’ll never move. “Money Likes Speed” is similar. If my in-laws waited until all was perfect, they’d have a run-down old house instead of a nationally registered Bed and Breakfast.
I find the video ipod to be an indispendible tool for making sales.
I just bring a 3-minute video pitch for my services and pass the thing over to prospects.
Try it guys, it works!

what was you thoughts on the colin mcdougal interview on seoradio.. sounded a bit coo coo to me. like i got his point .. but it seemed as though the book would provide some new scoop on how to approach seo and really it was the complete opposite..
a book like that in the hands of regular business would put seo guys out of business as it pretty much says.. just create a site with good content.. forget the rest..
would i be right saying that?
I am considering buying a PSP. I really didn’t think about it except as a device for playing my tunes and some games, but it would be nice to drop all these mp3′s I’ve collected from marketers on to it to listen as I travel or whatever.
I wonder if there are any macheads here
Right now what’s most tempting for me is a brand new macbookpro (can’t stand the name but)..I have been eyeing it for ages…Just imagine running your business on a macbookpro… ahhh. Life would be perfect!

I too utilized the iPod for seminars, it is a great way to get information while getting other things done.

I recently purchased the secret… it confirmed some things that I already hand an inkling about… it hepled to articulate the information from different perspectives.

My mom just got an ipod. She has me turn on the computer for her so that she can look up new chandeliers but she knows how to work her ipod inside and out. Go figure.
Hey Brad,
I have been using a great program to transfer over my DVD collection to Ipod video. The program is called PQDVD to Ipod converter. Great program – I always love pograms that do one thing right and are easy to use. After you get the DVD converted just drag it into iTunes and you are ready to go.
Hope this helps,
Kari

Hi Brad;
Are you still thinking of staying an extra day after Carl’s event? Can you give any insight as to what you may offer?
We enjoyed your’s and Andy’s presentation last year and looking forward to seeing you again.

Sounds interesting, money likes speed.
Money likes patience too though, and focus,
persistence, luck.

The iPod can be a great productivity tool for people on the go. Podcast are the wave of the future, both video and audio. You can also download audio books. This thing is great if you travel. Be smarter than your competition. Download podcast, the NY Times, the Wall Street Journal, etc and catch up while everyone else is sleeping on the plane. If you spend a lot of time in your car, as I do in Atlanta, it is great for catching up – again, with audiobooks, periodicals, or podcast. If you don’t have an iPod, you need to get one today. And Brad, don’t get a non-Apple iPod. Become a pod-person, you won’t regret it.

Apple video iPod has surprising resolution for video and is not hard on the eyes. However, it has been rumored that Apple is working on flipping the screen from 4×3 to 16×9 (widescreen) aspect ratio. So in additon to having a excellent tool for listening to your favorite audio commentary or books, you will have a great delivery system for all your favorite business, sports, tv and movie videos.
