Learning to like Twitter. I am of the chatter generation and have to learn to “cut to the chase” in my communications but I am learning “sound bite” dialog. See???

The whole Twittering thing seems somewhat strange to me…. the idea of telling people all day long when you are going to the bathroom, taking a smoke break, or getting a cup of coffee-it just seems a little bit weird to me.

Is there really a need for this level of social media? I truly think this is a fad.

I was trying to figure out the importance of twittering and wasn’t going to sign up for it. But after seeing that Brad Fallon himself is signing up, I am definitely going to look into it.

I’ve been using Twitter for a while now and I like it to get stuff off my chest. The only downside is you never know if anyone is listening and it doesn’t seem to inspire two way communication, although I appreciate the whole point is suppose to be real-time micro blog exchange.
I’m not sure many people even know about the D command for direct chat, and so far nobody (Ed or you) have replied back via that route.
Are you trying to say I’m boring or something?

I tried, but can’t get my self twitter-ing. I don’t see a reason, I feel like it’s a waste of time. It’s a teen game…
I know it’s a big deal on the net lately, but can’t get used to it

I’m not twittering. It’s very difficult to keep current with all Internet stuff, still new to Web 2.0 and installing some plugins to my wordpress logs.

I think the coolest thing about twittering is the ability to receive updates through sms. That’s taking social networking to the next level…

I have been meaning to get going with Twitter. I learned about it from Ed Dale in STOMPER Simple.

I really want to get going with it. I think that MySpace is going to die off soon. Too many spammers and what not.
