Robert S. Lamb
Mr. Lamb recently joined Free IQ as General Counsel from the renowned international law firm of Sutherland Asbill & Brennan where he served as a member of the Firm’s Private Equity Corporate group with a focus on international transactions and global trade with China.
Mr. Lamb is fluent in Mandarin and often sends more email in Chinese than English. He visits China and Taiwan regularly and throughout his life has spent a significant amount of time in the region handling an array of complex cross boarder deals.
Mr. Lamb has been invited to speak on a number of occasions to Chinese and American audiences on such topics as Private Equity, Accessing Foreign Capital Markets, Identifying the Best Chinese Partners, Product Distribution for Chinese Companies in the Unites States and Europe, and the like.
Mr. Lamb brings to Free IQ an impressive legal background and unique understanding of doing business in China. He will participate in Free IQ’s information product production and development and the establishment of Free IQ in China and the Far East.
